Before you Hire
- Please read and understand our Bike Hire Terms & Conditions before hiring a bike from us.
- To hire a bike and/or equipment you must bring photo proof of ID such as a passport or driving license. No other forms of ID will be accepted. These will be returned following your ride
- Only credit card payments are accepted
- A security deposit equal to 20% of the retail value of the bike and/or equipment is required before hire.
- If you believe a bike and/or equipment was already damaged or faulty when you collected it for hire, please inform us within 30 minutes of hire. No refunds can be given after this time
- Cancellations - We accept cancellations up to, but not including, the day before the hire period is due to start. After this you will be charged the first 24 hour rental fee. This fee is nonrefundable, the balance of the hire period will be refunded to your account.
Important Delivery & Collection Terms & Conditions
- Delivery and collection service subject to availability
- Please add an additional £5.00 delivery charge single bike bookings
- Some delivery locations are subject to a delivery charge (see map)
- For point to point rides the greater delivery fee will charged
- Delivery is made within a 20 minute time window. If you are late for collection we charge £10 penalty for each half hour, or part half hour, following the end of the delivery window
