Hire Bike Delivery & Collection Service

Just so your ambitions are not limited to simple circular routes when you hire our bikes, we also offer a delivery and collection service enabling you to attempt long linear routes such as The North Downs Way, The Downs Link and The Greensand Way.

Bikes can be collected and dropped off at a number of locations throughout The Surrey Hills and along The North Downs.

Important Delivery & Collection Terms & Conditions

  1. Delivery and collection service subject to availability
  2. Some delivery locations are subject to a small delivery charge (see map)
  3. Please add an additional £5.00 delivery charge for bookings of a single bike
  4. For point to point rides the greater delivery fee will charged
  5. Delivery is made within a 20 minute time window. If you are late for collection we charge £10 penalty for each half hour, or part half hour, following the end of the delivery window

Booking and Payment

Booking your bike hire couldn't be simpler. Just call us on 0333 12 12 125.

Please note only card payments are accepted and you must also provide photo identification such as a drivers licence or passport.

Deposit

We require a deposit on higher value hire items such as bikes and bike lights. This will be taken from your card and returned right away if the equipment is returned in good order.

The cost of lost equipment will be deducted from your deposit. The cost of repairing damaged equipment, beyond normal wear and tear, will also be deducted.
